Credits allow you to generate content for a content type: blog posts or product descriptions (i.e. clicking the "Generate" button once).

The number of credits charged depends on the content type.

A credit on average will allow you to generate 250 words, meaning you will be able to generate about 19,000 words on the Starter Plan and 63,000 words on the Growth Plan each month.

Absolutely. You can cancel, downgrade or upgrade your subscription at any time—we want you to be 100% happy with your experience!

If you decide to downgrade your plan, you'll get a pro-rated refund automatically at the end of the month, based on your usage.

If you cancel your plan, you'll stay on that plan until the end of your billing cycle.

If you decide to change your plan, we'll add or remove the number of credits based on your changed plan, and charge or refund you the difference in your subscription at the end of your billing cycle.

All Hypotenuse plans are month to month unless you work with us for a custom model on the Enterprise Plan. The minimum period for a custom model is 1 year.

The Growth plan is the most popular for fast-growing businesses and expanding agencies that write up to 83 articles or 250 descriptions per month.

Your credit refresh will happen on the date that you subscribed to the plan, or if it falls on the last day of the month, the last day of each month.

For example, in the Starter plan, if you subscribed on the 31st of March and you've used up 70 out of 75 credits by 30th April, then your account will be reset to 75 credits on 30th April.
