In a word-based pricing model, you are allocated a number of words each month for content generation.

Let's say you have a monthly subscription that grants you 20,000 words. This means you can generate content up to a cumulative total of 20,000 words within that month. Whether you choose to utilize these words for short product descriptions, social media captions, or longer blogs is entirely up to you.

Absolutely. You can cancel, downgrade or upgrade your subscription at any time—we want you to be 100% happy with your experience!

If you cancel your plan, you'll stay on that plan until the end of your billing cycle and can continue to use any remaining words to generate content.

If you decide to downgrade your plan, you'll continue on your existing plan until the end of your billing cycle. You won't be pro-rated for the existing subscription.

If you decide to upgrade your plan, you'll be charged immediately and receive the full sum of words on the upgraded plan, and your billing cycle will be reset to that day.

You can opt for a monthly or annual subscription plan. For a custom model on the Enterprise plan, the minimum period for a custom model is 1 year.

Our Teams plans are best suited for companies with teams of up to 5 users, focused on SEO and content marketing, freelancers with a large portfolio, in-house copywriters, and agencies.

If you write less than 50 articles or 700 product descriptions a month, or if this is for just one client, you might go with the Individual plan.

The Teams plan is the most popular for fast-growing businesses and expanding agencies that write up to 200 articles or 3,000 descriptions per month.

Your word refresh will happen on the date that you subscribed to the plan, or if it falls on the last day of the month, the last day of each month. Unused words do not roll over for monthly plans, but will roll over from month to month on annual plans.

For example, in the Individual I plan, if you subscribed on the 31st of March and you've used up 18,000 out of 20,000 words by 30th April, then your account will be reset to 20,000 words on 30th April.

For annual plans, all words will be given at the beginning of the subscription.
